By accessing this website you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them please do not use this website.

All prices are correct at time of listing, however we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.

All prices are shown without VAT.

We aim to despatch goods within 24hrs of the order received. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. During peak periods delivery may take slightly longer.

All our orders have saver delivery.

It may be necessary to send items separately if not available for despatch with main order, this will not incur any extra delivery charges.

Images and descriptions are for reference only and may differ slightly from actual item sent, especially packaging as manufacturers may change this without prior notification to us, sizes are approximated.

We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us without giving any reason. If an order is rejected we will attempt to notify the buyer by using the email address given or contact number provided at the time of the order.

All products are subject to availability.



Delivery Information


We send our all orders of any value through secure postage. We offer our customer an options to upgrade their postage to 1st class or Special Delivery for the following additional minimal costs at the checkout.

We dispatch all orders received before 12 noon Mon-Fri on the same day on the based on stock availability and will generally arrive within three working days after posting on the ability of Royal Mail to meet their delivery guidelines.

We contact our customer if our stocks are depleted at the time of your order placed as our stock available at the multi-channel selling platform.

The orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday on the based on stock availability.


Special Delivery

We offer our customer Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm at additional cost on the based on stock availability. The orders received before 12 noon Mon-Fri we dispatch on the same day to receive to you by 1pm next day. The orders received before 12noon on Friday delivered to on Monday by 1pm.

Saturday Delivery

We cannot offer you surety that the items that are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm will arrive the next day before 1pm on Saturday as this depends on the ability of Royal Mail to meet their delivery guidelines.

Failed Deliveries

We send all orders via Royal Mail Signed For service where our customer requires a signature to accept packaging. If the customer is not available on the premises to receive the packaging, the carrier will leave a card with collection information available on the card to collect from. It our customers’ responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange delivery or to collect them from place mentioned on the card. If the packaging are returned to us if customer not collected the packaging within the time frame define by Royal Mail on the drop off card. On acceptance of the packaging we will not refund the postage cost and the stipulated costs will be refunded towards the items value.

Failed Deliveries

We don’t offer International Delivery service.

Your delivery will be sent to the delivery address you gave when you confirmed your order.

Although we don't deliver to addresses outside the UK, we can take orders from overseas to deliver to UK addresses.


How do I arrange delivery to a BFPO address?

To deliver orders to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) locations manually enter the address on the Delivery page in checkout. Postcode look-up will not find BFPO addresses.

General Policy

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and aim to offer an unrivalled shopping experience for everyone.

We understand that occasionally we all make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We offer a full refund when you return any unused items in a resalable condition and in their original packaging within 14 days.

Speedy returns: PayPal refunds takes within 1 to 3 working days.


Damaged and Faulty

IMPORTANT: Before returning damaged and faulty goods we request that you contact us.

All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights

Our policy on faulty products does not affect your statutory rights. Please also note that for security reasons we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.


Missing

A refund will be offered or replacement of item will be made for any stock shortages.

Change of Mind

IMPORTANT: Before returning goods we request that you contact us.

Change of mind must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

A full refund for the items will be made on acceptance of the return items within 48 hours.


Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot be held liable for orders dispatched in good faith to an incorrect address due to wrong details provided at the time when order was placed.


Refund Payment

Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund a different method to the one you made the original purchase with.


Recalls

In the extremely rare event that we may recall a product, you agree to cooperate fully with us and will provide all reasonable assistance as required by us.

Returning Items

If you return your order by post, we recommend that you contact our team before posting, so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit.

Unfortunately purchases made in our Amazon store have to be refunded by Amazon.

Unfortunately purchases made in our eBay store have to be refunded by Paypal.

In the event you have a complaint regarding a product or service purchased from ZofaxWorld, please contact us.Report Issues.

In the unlikely event that our Customer Service team are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, you may refer your complaint to The Retail Ombudsman, which is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.
