UK Delivery
We send our all orders of any value through secure postage. We offer our customer options to upgrade their postage to 1st class or Special Delivery for the following additional minimal costs at the checkout.
We dispatch all orders received before 12 noon Mon-Fri on the same day on the based on stock availability and will generally arrive within three working days after posting on the ability of Royal Mail to meet their delivery guidelines. We contact our customer if our stocks are depleted at the time of your order placed as our stock available at the multi-channel selling platform.
The orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday on the based on stock availability.
Special Delivery
We offer our customer Royal Mail Special Delivery 1 pm at an additional cost on the based on stock availability. The orders received before 12 noon Mon-Fri we dispatch on the same day to receive to you by 1 pm the next day. The orders received before 12noon on Friday delivered to on Monday by 1 pm.
Saturday Delivery
We cannot offer you surety that the items that are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1 pm will arrive the next day before 1 pm on Saturday as this depends on the ability of Royal Mail to meet their delivery guidelines.
Failed Deliveries
We send all orders via Royal Mail Signed For service where our customer requires a signature to accept packaging. If the customer is not available on the premises to receive the packaging, the carrier will leave a card with collection information available on the card for collection place. It is our customers’ responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange delivery or to collect them from the place mentioned on the card. If the packaging is returned to us if customer not collected the packaging within the time frame defined by Royal Mail on the drop off the card. On acceptance of the packaging, we will not refund the postage cost, and the stipulated costs will be refunded towards the value of the items.
International Delivery
We don’t offer International Delivery service.
