We send all our orders of any value through secure postage. At the checkout, we offer our customers the option to upgrade their postage to 1st class or Special Delivery for the following additional minimal costs.
All orders placed before 1 pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day based on stock availability.
All orders placed after 1 pm and on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.
At ZOFAX, we strive to process your orders promptly and get them shipped to you as quickly as possible. If any issues arise or if we need to discuss your order, we will contact you immediately, as our stock is available on the multi-channel selling platform.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. This is a tracked service.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 service aims to deliver within 1 working day. This is a tracked service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery service aims to deliver guaranteed by 1PM the next working day. This is a tracked service.
We don’t offer the service outside the UK.
We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked service, where our customer is required to accept packaging. If the customer is not available on the premises to receive the packaging, the carrier will leave a card with collection information available on the card for collection place.
Our customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to rearrange delivery or to collect the items from the place mentioned on the card. If the customer does not collect the packaging within the time frame defined by the carrier on the drop-off of the card, the packaging will be returned to us.
On acceptance of the packaging, we will not refund the postage cost, and the stipulated costs will be refunded towards the value of the items.
