Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unsuitable items or those purchased in error, provided they are unopened and undamaged, within 30 days of purchase.


In the rare case that you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will replace them at no cost or issue a refund. To proceed, please securely package the damaged item and return it to us using a tracked postage service. We will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. Be sure to contact us via email at returns@zofax.co.uk as soon as you receive any damaged or faulty items.


Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked or signed service for returning packages, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.
